Mini Blintzes
A breads & rolls favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Judy Fredericks Martell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Cream together the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar. Roll each bread slice very thin with rolling pin. Cut in half and spread each half with cheese mixture. Roll and pinch each end. Dip in butter, then cinnamon/sugar mixture. Freeze. Bake while frozen on a cookie sheet in a 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
