Corn Bread
A breads & rolls favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Anthony Ford Isbell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, egg and oil. Beat until fairly smooth, about 1 minute. Bake in a greased 8" square baking pan or a cast- iron skillet in a 425 degree for 20 to 25 months. Cool and turn out of the pan.
