Veal Parmesan
A main dishes favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Judy Fredericks Martell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Brown the veal patties in the margarine. Cut them in half. Stir the next 3 ingredients together in a large fry pan. Place the veal in the pan and top with the sliced mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover and cook over medium high temperature for 10 minutes. Uncover and cook stirring often for another 5 minutes.

I remember Mom making this recipe when we lived in Tennessee. I also remember setting the table for 8 people. It took a whole gallon of milk just to give "firsts". Cindy
