Method

Make something worth remembering.

Method

  1. Cream together the shortening and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. If you plan on coloring the cookies, divide into 3 portions and place in separate bowls. Colorwo of the portions with red or green food coloring, 4 to 5 drops. Mix the coloring into the dough until it has a smooth consistent color throughout. Chill for at least an hour. Using a cookie press, place the dough in the tube and squeeze out

your favorite shapes onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°Fs for 8 to 10 minutes, until barely browned. Remove to cooling racks. Store in a tightly covered container.
