Spicy Vegetable Chili

Method

Make something worth remembering.

Method

  1. Cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes and beans and the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf and top each serving with 1 ounce of cheese.
