Shrimp Bisque
A soups & salads favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Michele Turek Martell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Place celery, potato, onion, water , salt and pepper in pot. Set heat low and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Blend milk and flour and stir into potato mixture. Add shrimp and butter. Simmer, stirring until thick and bubbly. 4 smaller servings.
