Scotch Oatmeal Cookies

Method

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine four, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine sugars, butter or margarine, eggs and water. Beat until creamy. Gradually blend in the flour mixture, and add the butterscotch chips. Measure cookies with a tablespoon and drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
