Scotch Eggs
A kitchen & household favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Scott Pickens.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Coat each egg with sausage, then roll in bread crumbs. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 30 minutes until the sausage is fully cooked. Cut in quarters long way.
