Sausage Balls

Cheesy sausage bites that have earned a place at family parties and New Year's gatherings.

Make something worth remembering.

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Makes about 2 cookie sheets full.

What makes this ours

I love these appetizers. I made them for our New Year's Eve party for 2002 with Teresa and her family. I used half mild and half hot sausage so that they wouldn't be too hot for the kids.
