Peppermint Swirl Fudge
A cookies & candy favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Brigit Kennedy Martell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Melt chips in heavy saucepan over very low heat as they will burn easily, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in frosting and peppermint extract. Pour into a buttered, foil line 8 X 8" pan. Drop food coloring over fudge. Pull knife through mixture to marble. Refrigerate until firm. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with crushed candy; press slightly. Cut into squares.
