Parkay Cookies
A cookies & candy favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Brigit Kennedy Martell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Cream Parkay and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and flour. Mix well. Make 4 or 5 small rolls. Roll in colored sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Slice and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
