Name: Oatmeal Caramel Bars
Ingredients: 4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats; 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts; 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar; 1 cup coconut; 1 teaspoon salt; 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine; 1 jar caramel ice cream topping or caramel apple dip

Make something worth remembering.

Method

In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except caramel. Spread half of mixture in greased 15 X 10 X 1" pan. Drizzle with caramel. Top with remaining mixture. Bake at 400°Fs for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
