Mint Melt Aways
A cookies & candy favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Brigit Kennedy Martell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Cream butter and sugar, then mix in the mints. Gradually add flour. Chill dough one hour. On lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 9" square. Cut square 6 times both ways. Place squares on an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 325°Fs for 15 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown
