Microwaved Glazed Carrots with Pineapple

Method

Make something worth remembering.

Method

  1. Put carrots in microwave safe baking dish. Mix reserved juice, brown sugar, and salt.
  2. Pour over carrots. Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes. Add pineapple to carrots; mix well. Cook covered 10 to 15 minutes on high or until carrots are tender. Stir 3 times during the cooking. Mix cold water and cornstarch until smooth Stir into carrots.
  3. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes.
