Macaroni and Cheese
A vegetables & sides favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Elizabeth Ford Isbell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Boil macaroni in water with salt added, about 15 minutes, until soft. Drain off all put about 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Turn heat down to lowest setting and add cheese. Stir often as cheese melts. If too thick add a little water or milk.
