Lasagna Pie

Method

Make something worth remembering.

Method

  1. Grease a pie plate. Mix spices, beef, tomato paste, and 1/2 cup of Mozzarella.
  2. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in plate. Spoon beef over top.
  3. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs and salt and pepper. Pour over top.
  4. Bake until a knife comes out clean. Top with the other 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Fast and easy. My kids love it!
