Frozen Peppermint Cheesecake
A desserts favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Anthony F. Isbell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine, and press on bottom and halfway up side of 9-inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Stir in crushed candy. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish as desired. Return leftovers to freezer.

This is our very favorite dessert. This is what the kids want instead of birthday cakes, so Tony makes this about 3 to 4 times a year.
