Crock Pot Chili

Method

  1. In skillet, brown meat. Drain off excess fat. Turn beef into crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Cover crock pot with piece of aluminum foil, then cover with the crock pot lid and cook on HI for 7 to 9 hours. Skim any excess fat from chili before serving. Top with any favorite garnish like cheese, green onions, sour cream, etc.
