Creamed Cucumbers
A soups & salads favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Judy Fredericks Martell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Peel and slice the cucumbers. Layer in a dish and sprinkle each layer with salt.
- Cover with water and refrigerate. When chilled through, squeeze the water out of the cucumbers. Add the sliced onion, sour cream, salad vinegar and salt to taste. Chill again.
