Cole Slaw
A soups & salads favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Marie Martell Isbell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Place cabbage in a bowl. Add mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Add some vinegar and mayonnaise and mix well. If you do not have flavored vinegar oil, add more mayonnaise. If you can't find slaw mix at your grocery, you can chop or shred a small head of cabbage and grate a carrot. Store in refrigerator until chilled. Serve cold.
