Chocolate Ice Cream
Deep cocoa flavor, a creamy no-cook base, and room for even more chocolate.
Make something worth remembering.
Make the base
- Whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, and dry milk powder.
- Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth, then add the cream, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- For an extra-rich version, whisk in the melted chocolate until fully combined.
Churn & set
- Chill thoroughly, then churn until thick and creamy. Add chocolate chips during the final minute if desired.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours before scooping.
