Chicken and Rice Casserole
A main dishes favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Elizabeth Ford Isbell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Pull chicken into chunks. Cook rice in broth following the Minute Rice directions. Mix the rice and chicken with the sour cream, soup, and pepper. Pour into an oblong, shallow casserole dish. Crush the Ritz crackers and mix in margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350°Fs for 30 minutes.
