Cashew Lettuce Salad
A soups & salads favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Teresa Martell Pickens.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- To make the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, pepper, salt, and dry mustard. Do not refrigerate. Make it in the morning and shake it every time you think about it during the day. Just before serving, pour over the lettuce, top with the cashews and the cream cheese and toss.
