Caramel Apple Dip
A kitchen & household favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Marie Martell Isbell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- In food processor, grind peanuts. Add brown sugar and cream cheese and pulse until well mixed. You may need to scrape the sides to get all of the cream cheese mixed in. Serve with green and red apple wedges. Tart apples are a nice counterpoint to the sweet dip.

What makes this ours
I suppose you could use regular cream cheese, but if you start making it with fat-free, no one will ever know the difference! This tastes just like caramel!
