Butterscotch Pie
A desserts favorite from the Martell family cookbook, shared by Estella Lind Martell.
Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Beat egg yolks, then add all together except for egg whites and boil in a double boiler until thick. Place in a pie crust and put 2 beaten egg whites on top. Cook in a hot oven, 400°F.
