Ingredients: 1 loaf Italian or French Bread; 1 pound sausage (cooked and crumbled (We like maple sausage.)); 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded); 12 eggs (beaten); 2 cups milk

Method

Make something worth remembering.

Method

Spray 9 x 13" pan. Tear bread and cover bottom of the pan. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over the bread. Crumble the cooked sausage over the cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over the sausage. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the eggs. Cover and refrigerate over night. Uncover and bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°F.
