Method

Make something worth remembering.

Method

  1. Freeze meat until firm. Cut across grain as thin as possible, 1/8" thick, 1" wide.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  3. Place strips of meat on cake rack over cookie sheet in a 140°F oven for 18 to 24 hours until edges splinter.
  4. Store in a closely covered container for 2 to 4 weeks.
