Beef Jerky
Beef Jerky is a practical recipe-box standby featuring lean round steak, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, preserved from the family cookbook.

Make something worth remembering.
Method
- Freeze meat until firm. Cut across grain as thin as possible, 1/8" thick, 1" wide.
- Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for 8 hours.
- Place strips of meat on cake rack over cookie sheet in a 140°F oven for 18 to 24 hours until edges splinter.
- Store in a closely covered container for 2 to 4 weeks.
