Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs; 2 tablespoons sugar; 1/3 cup margarine (melted); 2 cups powdered sugar; 2 sticks margarine; 2 eggs; 3 - 16 ounce frozen strawberries (well drained - save juice); 3 bananas (cut lengthwise); 1 small can crushed pineapple (well drained); 2 cups strawberry juice; 2 tablespoons corn starch; Whipping cream (2 pkg. Dream Whip, or Cool Whip); Chopped nuts; Cherries

Method

Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted margarine and press into the bottom fa 9 X 13" pan and bake for 8 minutes in a 350°F oven. Mix the powdered sugar, the two sticks margarine and eggs together for 20 minutes. Spread over the crust and chill. Spread the strawberries, banana and pineapple over crust.
Cook the strawberry juice and corn starch until thickened. Spread on top of the fruit.
Spread the whipped cream on top of that. Top with the nuts and cherries and enjoy a delicious dessert.
