Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 package Crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • Ranch dressing seasoning packet
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup of your favorite vegetables toppings like green onion, green peppers, broccoli, etc.
  • Cheddar cheese, finely shredded

Instructions

  1. Roll out the Crescent rolls onto a small cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
  2. Cream together the cream cheese, the Ranch seasoning packet and the mayonnaise. Spread on top of the baked Crescent roll.
  3. Sprinkle the raw vegetables over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Do not bake. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
