Vegetable Dip
Ingredients
1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, rinsed and drained
1 small purple onion, chopped
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Tabasco Sauce to taste
Tortilla chips/scoops or big Fritos
Instructions
Mix together all of the ingredients through the Tabasco sauce.
Let marinate overnight for best flavor.
Service with tortilla chips, scoops or big Fritos (I like the Fritos the best)
