Taffy Apple Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 – 8 ounce cream cheese brick, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 6 apples, red and green, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture on a small serving plate or a small bowl and top with nuts.
  3. If worried about nut allergies, leave them out…they won’t be missed.
  4. Serve with the apple wedges.
