Taffy Apple Dip
Ingredients
1 – 8 ounce cream cheese brick, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
6 apples, red and green, cut into wedges
Instructions
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the mixture on a small serving plate or a small bowl and top with nuts.
If worried about nut allergies, leave them out…they won’t be missed.
Serve with the apple wedges.
