Shrimp Bisque

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
3 cups milk
3 tbsp flour
1lb shrimp, precooked
3 tbsp butter
Instructions
Place celery, potato, onion, water, salt, and pepper in a pot
Set heat low and bring to a boil
Simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender
Blend milk and flour and stir into potato mixture
Add shrimp and butter
Simmer, stirring until thick and bubbly.
Makes 4 smaller servings
