Scotch Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage – spicy is best
  • Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Coat each egg with the sausage and then roll in the bread crumbs.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes until the sausage is fully cooked.
  3. Cut in quarters the long way.
