Scotch Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1lb ground sausage – spicy is best
  • Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Coat each egg with sausage, then roll in bread crumbs
  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, until the sausage is fully cooked
  4. Cut in quarters long way
