Redneck Caviar
Makes a big ole bowl!
Ingredients
2 cans black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained and rinsed
1 cup chunky salsa or Rotel
1 cup picante sauce
Tabasco sauce or jalapeƱo hot sauce to taste
1-1/2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
Tostito scoops or big Fritos
Instructions
Mix the first 3 ingredients together
Mix the next three ingredients together and mix well with the pea and corn mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with Tostito scoops or big Fritos.
