Ranch Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 – 8 ounce bricks of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix
  • Coarsely cracked black pepper – a small jar should be enough
  • Big Wheat Thins or any other favorite cracker

Instructions

  1. With the cream cheese softened, mix it well with the Ranch dressing mix. Add a little milk if needed.
  2. Turn it out onto a big piece of Saran wrap in order to shape it into a ball. It’s less messy this way.
  3. Roll the ball in the black pepper and set it on a plate.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to party. Surround it with the big Wheat thins and serve.
