Peppermint Swirl Fudge

Ingredients
1 package white vanilla chips
1 can creamy vanilla frosting
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Red food coloring
Crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
Melt chips in a heavy saucepan over very low heat as they will burn easily, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat.
Stir in frosting and peppermint extract.
Pour into a buttered, foil-lined 8×8″ pan.
Drop food coloring over the fudge and pull a knife through the mixture to marbleize it.
Refrigerate until firm. Remove from the pan.
Sprinkle with the crushed candy, pressing it slightly into the fudge.
Cut into squares.
