Peppermint Swirl Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 package white vanilla chips
  • 1 can creamy vanilla frosting
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Red food coloring
  • Crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Melt chips in a heavy saucepan over very low heat as they will burn easily, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat.
  2. Stir in frosting and peppermint extract.
  3. Pour into a buttered, foil-lined 8×8″ pan.
  4. Drop food coloring over the fudge and pull a knife through the mixture to marbleize it.
  5. Refrigerate until firm. Remove from the pan.
  6. Sprinkle with the crushed candy, pressing it slightly into the fudge.
  7. Cut into squares.
