Parkay Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Parkay margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4-1/2 cup flour
  • Colored sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream Parkay and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and flour. Mix well.
  2. Make 4 or 5 small rolls. Roll in the colored sugar and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Slice and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
