Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 bag/box of butter mints, crushed
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar, then mix in the crushed mints. Gradually add the flour. Chill dough one hour.
  2. On lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 9″ square. Cut square 6 times both ways.
  3. Place squares on an uncreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
