Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 bag/box of butter mints, crushed
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar, then mix in the crushed mints. Gradually add the flour. Chill dough one hour.
On lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 9″ square. Cut square 6 times both ways.
Place squares on an uncreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
