Ingredients
1 large thinly sliced loaf of white bread with the crusts trimmed
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup margarine, melted
Cinnamon and sugar, mixed
Instructions
Cream together the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar.
Roll each bread slice very with a rolling pin.
Cut the bread slices in half and spread with cream cheese mixture.
Roll and pinch each end. Dip in the margarine, then into the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Freeze.
In a preheated 400 degree oven, bake the frozen rolls on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
