Ingredients

  • 1 large thinly sliced loaf of white bread with the crusts trimmed
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
  • Cinnamon and sugar, mixed

Instructions

  1. Cream together the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar.
  2. Roll each bread slice very with a rolling pin.
  3. Cut the bread slices in half and spread with cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll and pinch each end. Dip in the margarine, then into the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  5. Freeze.
  6. In a preheated 400 degree oven, bake the frozen rolls on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
