Microwave Stewed Potatoes
Ingredients
Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 stick butter, cut into chunks
Salt
3 tbsp flour
Instructions
Place potatoes in a square glass casserole dish
Cover with water and add butter and salt
Cover dish with saran wrap and a lid
Cook on high for about 30 minutes or until potatoes break with a fork
Carefully remove the saran wrap so that you don’t get a steam burn
Mix the flour with 1/3 cup water
Stir into potatoes and microwave for 1 or 2 minutes to thicken
