This is from Michaela’s best friend, Mar. She always brings it camping and we love it.
Ingredients
1 (8) ounce package cream cheese softened, or use whipped
1 (16) ounce container non-fat sour cream
1 (1.25) ounce package of taco seasoning mix
1/4 head of iceberg lettuce, rinsed, dried and shredded
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 (2.25) ounce can sliced olives, drained (optional)
Instructions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture in a 9″ or slightly larger round serving dish, like a pie plate.
Top the mixture with the lettuce, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, pepper and black olives.
