Lasagna

This is David Gansmiller’s favorite meal that Mom makes. Cindy Gansmiller Judy Fredericks Martell

Ingredients

  • Small container of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 large jars of spaghetti sauce with meat
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, grated
  • 1 box of lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 pound sliced Mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. For the cheese layer, mix together the cottage cheese and beaten eggs, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. For the sauce layer, mix together the spaghetti sauce and grated eggs.
  3. Assemble in a large pan: Layer the sauce, then the noodles,  and then the cheese mixture. Repeat one time.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
