Cretons (Kut-Tong)

Ingredients

  • 1lb Ground Pork
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Allspice
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small pot and cover with water
  • Simmer for 30 minutes
  • Pour into a deep bowl and refrigerate
  • Serve on saltines or thinly sliced bread
