Italienne Marinade

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Kraft golden Italienne Salad Dressing
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • 1 jar of green olives, volume compared to black olives
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese, like parmesan
  • 1 jar of artichoke hearts in oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in wide mouth jar and shake it at intervals
  2. Serve over salad greens, tomato wedges, cucumber slices, mushrooms, green peppers, etc.
  3. Garnish with cheese and croutons
