Hawaiian Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup nuts, optional
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups bananas, mashed
8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
Lemon juice
Instructions
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix together all wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix, folding until blended.
Divide batter equally between the two loaf pans and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool for about 15 minutes and remove the bread from the pans. Finish cooling or eat while warm!
