Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 ounces raspberry jello
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained and juice saved
  • 1 can black sweet cherries, drained and juice saved
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling cherry and fruit cocktail juice

Instructions

  1. Make the raspberry jello with the boiling cherry and fruit cocktail juice
  2. Chill
  3. When thickened, beat well with the cream cheese.
  4. Add the Cool Whip, fruit cocktail, and black sweet cherries.
  5. Stir well
  6. Freeze
