Fried Saghetti Pie

This is a great way to use leftover spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Cooked, cold spaghetti noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • olive oil
  • Filling (Parmesan cheese, ham, mushrooms, onion, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with the noodles
  2. Put half the noodles in a pie pan with oil
  3. Let it cook until almost firm
  4. Put fillings on and the rest of the noodles on top
  5. Flip and cook until done
