Fried Saghetti Pie
This is a great way to use leftover spaghetti.
Ingredients
1/2 lb. Cooked, cold spaghetti noodles
4 eggs
olive oil
Filling (Parmesan cheese, ham, mushrooms, onion, etc.)
Instructions
Mix the eggs with the noodles
Put half the noodles in a pie pan with oil
Let it cook until almost firm
Put fillings on and the rest of the noodles on top
Flip and cook until done
