Deviled Eggs

I make these for all of our family gatherings

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard boiled, shelled and cooled in refrigerator
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut each egg in half lenghwise
  2. Remove the yolks and put them in a bolw
  3. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, relish to the yolks and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Fill the egg whites with the mixture and sprinkle with paprika if desired
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve
