Creamed Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Onion, sliced
  • Sour Cream
  • Salad Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the cucumbers
  2. Layer in a dish and sprinkle each layer with salt
  3. Cover with water and refrigerate
  4. When chilled through, squeeze the water out of the cucumbers
  5. Add the sliced onion, sour cream, salad vinegar, and salt to taste.
  6. Chill again
